1. Who we are
Shinda Bingo is operated by Greatech Technologies Limited (“we”, “us”), licensed by the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Kenya under the Gambling Control Act, 2025, licence No. GRAK/2026/BG365772. Our office is at Chelezo Apartments, 15C, Nairobi.
2. Accepting these terms
By creating an account or placing a ticket you accept these terms, our Privacy policy and the rules in How to play. If we change these terms we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app before you next play. If you do not agree, stop playing and withdraw your balance.
3. Who can play
- You must be at least 18 years old. We check your date of birth when you sign up and may ask for identification at any time. Accounts opened by anyone under 18 are closed, and stakes are returned while any winnings are forfeited.
- You must be in Kenya and use a Kenyan mobile number registered in your own name.
- One account per person. Duplicate accounts are closed.
- You may not play while you are on a break or self-excluded, or if gambling is unlawful for you.
4. Your account
- Your mobile number is your login and is confirmed with a one-time code sent by SMS. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- After repeated wrong passwords the account is locked for 15 minutes to protect it.
- We may ask you to confirm your identity (for example with your national ID) before a withdrawal, when the law requires it, or if we suspect fraud.
- You can close your account at any time through the complaints and support form. Any balance is paid to your registered M-Pesa number after any checks we must make.
5. Deposits, withdrawals and tax
- Deposits and withdrawals are made through M-Pesa, only to and from the mobile number on your account.
- Deposits are KES 10 to KES 150,000 at a time. Withdrawals are KES 50 to KES 150,000 at a time and need a code we text you.
- Excise duty of 5% is deducted from every deposit, and withholding tax of 5% from every withdrawal. We pay these to the Kenya Revenue Authority. Nothing is deducted from stakes or winnings inside the game. If tax law changes, the rates shown in your wallet change with it.
- Your balance is not a bank deposit and earns no interest. We do not give credit.
- We may delay or refuse a payment while we complete checks required by law, including anti-money-laundering checks, and we will tell you why where the law allows.
6. The game
- Each round lasts 23 seconds: 15 seconds to pick and lock, then the lock, the shared draw and the result. Every player sees the same card and the same draw.
- A ticket has one stake per line, any whole amount from KES 5 to KES 500, and up to 4 lines; each line costs one stake. A ticket counts only once our server has accepted it and taken the stake from your balance. You can change lines until the table locks; after that the ticket is final.
- Each line pays its stake multiplied by the multiplier shown for it when the table locked. A ticket with all 4 lines is paid from a higher set of multipliers, listed in How to play and shown on the card once the 4th line is picked. Columns show their own multiplier and chance; rows and diagonals pay 4.5×. In some rounds (15× rounds) the column multipliers come from a different set that includes 15×; the card always shows what each column pays and how often it lands before you lock in. A line pays if it contains the drawn number.
- Winnings are paid to your balance automatically when the round settles.
7. Levels and bonus credit
- Your level is based on the total you have staked on settled tickets. The levels, their one-off bonuses and cashback rates are listed in How to play.
- Level bonuses and cashback are paid as bonus credit. Bonus credit is used before your cash when you place a ticket; if you drop a line, the bonus part of the stake is returned to your bonus credit first.
- Bonus credit has no cash value. It cannot be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged, and it is removed if the account is closed. Winnings from tickets paid with bonus credit are paid to your cash balance.
- We may change or end the levels programme for the future with notice in the app. Bonus credit and levels already earned are kept.
- Bonus credit gained through a breach of section 8 (Fair play) may be removed.
8. Fair play
- Draws are chosen by our server at random before entries open and sealed with a published fingerprint, as explained in How to play.
- You must not use bots, scripts or automated tools, collude with others, open several accounts, or exploit a fault in the game. If you do, we may void the affected tickets, remove bonus credit, keep or reverse the winnings involved, close the account and report it to the authorities.
9. Faults and errors
- If our system fails during a round, the round resumes with its sealed draw and tickets are settled as normal. If a round cannot be completed, the stakes for it are returned.
- If a ticket is paid or charged wrongly because of an obvious error (for example a wrong multiplier or a duplicated payment), we will correct your balance and tell you.
- A problem with your own device or connection does not cancel a ticket that our server has accepted.
10. Play responsibly
- Set a budget before you play and stop when it is spent. Never play with money you need for other things.
- You can take a break from Account → Take a break for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months or a year. During a break you cannot play or deposit, but you can still withdraw. A break cannot be shortened once it starts.
- To self-exclude for longer, or to close your account for gambling reasons, use the support form and choose “Self-exclusion or taking a break”.
11. Complaints
If you are unhappy with anything, follow our complaints process. If we cannot resolve your complaint you may take it to the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Kenya.
12. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for running the game as described and for paying what you win. We are not responsible for losses caused by things outside our control, such as network or M-Pesa outages, or by your sharing your password. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Kenyan law, including the Consumer Protection Act.
13. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have jurisdiction over any dispute.
